- 1 Med red pepper, chopped (23 C)
- 1 Garlic clove, minced (4 C)
- 1 Onion, chopped (32 C)
- 1 Tablespoon Basil (3 C)
- 1 cup Orzo pasta (1936 C)
- 2 ΒΌ cups of chicken broth (170 C)
Fry red peppers, garlic, onion, & basil in a frying pan with oil until soft for about 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in Orzo pasta. Cook on low for about 20 minutes.
