Ingredients
- 1 lb [36 cups] spinach (fresh is best) (252 C)
- I to 2 quarts strawberries (368 C)
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup white Sugar (384 C)
- 1 tbsp. poppy Seeds (120 C)
- 2 tbsp. sesame Seeds (66 C)
- ¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (3 C)
- 1/2 cup olive or Vegetable Oil (I prefer olive) (160 C)
- 1-1/2 tsp. Paprika (9 C)
- ¼ Cup Cider Vinegar (12 C)
Wash spinach and strawberries and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix dressing ingredients well. Add to spinach and strawberries just before serving.
