Ingredients
- 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks form with 1/4 teaspoon salt (34 C)
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar (2 C)
- 3/4 cup white sugar (576 C)
- 1/4 teaspoon mint flavoring (10 C)
- 3/4 cup mint chocolate chips (1800 C)
Preheat oven to 350F. Add touch of green food colouring to egg whites and cream of tartar and continue beating. Add white sugar and continue beating. Add the last two ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper on cookie sheet. Turn off oven and put cookies in. Leave Overnight.
